Hello Queen! My name is Shirley and I provide a class called GLT. This is a popular group exercise class which targets the legs, glutes and thighs (GLT) to shape and tone the body. Our GLT class is perfect for those that love a group workout with an injection of fun! Lunge, jump, step, squat and feel your lower body getting tighter. I also facilitate a total body workout and a core workout. My classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and always with a FQ twist.
