This 12-week workout program is designed to target key muscles in your body to increase strong lean muscle mass and challenge your cardiovascular system to increase your overall fitness level.

Our fitness boot camps at Rijswijk will keep you moving for a max of 45 minutes, integrating a variety of exercises to stimulate your muscles and boost your metabolism. We always incorporate both upper and lower body muscle groups in order to tone, tighten, and build endurance. You will never become bored with repetitive exercises because each class will be different and challenging. The workouts are done in a dynamic, small, group setting – outdoors or at FQ House – which makes them fun, motivating, and challenging. It also keeps the costs of working with a personal trainer affordable compared to private one-on-one sessions. There will be modification options for every move which means that all fitness levels are welcome.
