Soft Chocolate Cookies
Chocolate cookies, crunchy or soft, is not the most creative recipe. Everywhere you look, there is a chocolate cookie in stock. But there is something different about this cookie, though. This cookie is made with, wait for it... black beans. That's right, black beans. And here’s the good part – it actually tastes good too

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor in the order listed (except for the chopped chocolate).
  3. Process until smooth (around 3 minutes)
  4. Scoop the dough out onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet
  5. Top each cookie with a sprinkle of the chopped dark chocolate.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 min. (This is VERY important, as it allows the cookies to set and hold together upon being picked up, as they have no binder)
Recipe Notes
  • You can store in the fridge for up to 2 days (Good luck with that, I tried)
