PANCAKES (CHOCOLATE & MACA)
Today on the menu we have chocolate-maca pancakes. This is a perfect recipe for breakfast, but let's be honest. I would have this anytime of the day. It's easy to make and the taste is so delicious. I decided to add maca just to give it an extra health boost.

Instructions
  1. First mix almond milk, vinegar and coconut oil in one bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix flour, cacao powder, maca, salt and baking powder.
  3. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
  4. Heat frying pan on medium heat (I used 1 tsp coconut oil) and scoop batter onto pan.
  5. Flip after about 3 minutes.
  6. Finish all batter and enjoy with blueberries, soy yogurt and agave syrup on top (or honey if not vegan)
Recipe Notes
  • The recipe has no added sugars. (I added agave syrup on top). If you want you can add brown sugar in the batter
