Lemon Muffins With Poppy Seeds
On today's menu: Lemon poppy seed muffins. They say when life gives you lemon, make lemonade. Well, I'd prefer to make these muffins.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C and line muffin tin with baking cups
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and set aside
  3. Then mix all wet ingredients in another bowl
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined (don’t mix too much)
  5. Add batter to baking cups (about 3/4 full)
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. (You can insert a toothpick in the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean then it’s done)
Recipe Notes

You can always add more lemon and/or cane sugar. It depends on your taste.

Adding more poppy seeds adds that extra crunchy bite.

They can stay fluffy for up to three days. Store in an airtight container.
