Grapefruit Crème Brûlée
Try this easy Grapefruit Crème Brûlée without the traditional egg and cream base. You will love the the warm, crunchy sugary top and the cold filling.

Instructions
  1. Grease 4 ramekins or small bowls and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a saucepan oven medium heat and whisk continuously until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to whisk continuously, or the bottom of the mixture will burn
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the ramekins and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. It needs to be firm
  5. After the creme brûlée has chilled, top each with 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Use a kitchen torch and caramelise sugar. Watch closely until the tops are a deep golden brown.
  6. Suggestion: Top with fresh grapefruit and thyme
