With the help of our personal training program, you can get fit through guided instruction and proven exercises to get the greatest level of efficiency out of your workout.
At the start of your personal training program, we start with an intake where we discuss your situation and goals. You will fill in questionnaires so we can look into your medical history and hormonal/period cycle. We then set short-term, medium, and long-term goals that can help you achieve measurable and realistic results within time constraints. These goals follow the SMART system. If you find that it’s hard to stay motivated or that you get bored of your workout routine, our trainers will make sure to motivate you.
Nutrition is one of the most important factors when it comes to a healthy life. With so much information on the internet, it can often get overwhelming. Let’s not even mention all the weird diets out there that do more harm than good. At FitQueens we have a female & hormonal-centered approach when it comes to nutrition. Our holistic approach not only targets nutrition but also your behavior, emotions, and mindset. You get the tools to make your own health-conscious decisions and take control of your health. Besides personal training and nutrition, some packages also include group fitness (or you can add it for a reduced price). This means that you will also be surrounded by like-minded queens to support you, motivate you, and have a laugh to turn exercise from a chore into something you enjoy doing and look forward to.

How does it work?
We always like to get acquainted over the phone for about 15 to 20 minutes. This way we both know whether there is a click and we can let you know immediately whether you have come to the right place. Our introductory meeting is free and of course completely without obligation. Please make an appointment using the button below. Make sure to provide us with your day/time calling preferences.
If you feel a click after our phone call and you'd like for us to work together, then we will send you a questionnaire via e-mail so you can fill it in. We would like the completed questionnaire in return before our first official 45-minute intake. During our official intake (online or at FQ House) we will go more in-depth into your workout goals, and make them more practical. The nutrition intake will go separately. More info here. During the intake, we will make workout appointments on the days and hours that suit YOU. These time slots can change weekly or you can reserve a set day and hour.

We will even make a Spotify playlist that suits your preferences so you can work out listening to your music of choice (You can also send in your own playlist).
