SHORT ON TIME? OUR 30-MINUTE SESSIONS WILL KEEP YOU ON TRACK

First things first: 30-minute personal training sessions will not work for everyone. The frequency and intensity of the sessions is not suitable for beginners. If you are new to exercise then we’d recommend our 60 minutes personal training sessions.

This said, our express personal training consists of concentrated and intense 30-minute exercise sessions with a professional personal trainer. This is perfect if you are interested in personal training, but are unable to commit to a full hour session or if you’d like to keep the costs low. Limited time does not have to mean a limited workout. In 30 minutes we can get your heart rate up and take you through strength & reactive training, cardio, core training and much more.

 You and your personal trainer will work out together at our private FQ house studio, on the day and time that works best for you. You will never become bored with repetitive exercises because each class will be different and challenging. Forget about the sweat-filled, packed to capacity gym. It’s just you & your personal trainer. Join us and create your new lifestyle. Learn tools, techniques and exercises while reaching your goal, getting stronger and finding out what health really means to you.
