OUTDOOR GROUP FITNESS

According to the government, we won’t be able to open until September 1st. On the brighter side, we are allowed to work out outside and this makes us very happy! Summer is also coming up, which means sunny days ahead (Hopefully. Hello Dutch weather). We definitely would love to work out outside with all Queens! Let’s gather as a sisterhood, motivate and encourage each other while working out like never before.

Our trainings are with minimal equipment. Using training methods such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio), body weight movements and plyometrics, we can have a varied and engaging fitness session. We will also  use small equipments such as kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes and much more.

We will have a max of 8 participants per class so we can make sure we have enough space and keep the 1.5m distance. Hand sanitisers will also be available. Let’s have a great workout in the safest way possible 😉

WHERE & WHEN

We will meet at FQ House’s entrance. We will then walk together for about 3 minutes to a beautiful park nearby.

 

We will meet every Saturday from 12:00-13:00 – (13, 20, 27 June | 4, 11, 18, 25 July | 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 August)

PRICING

Single class: €7,50

All classes (12x): €85 (around €7 per class)
