Our personal training and fitness sisterhood is based in The Hague, The Netherlands and therefore this means we can only train and reach a certain amount of Queens in that geographical area. In order to expand our sisterhood, we are now offering online training sessions using Skype. Some benefits of Skype PT sessions are:

1-Unlike pre-taped workout videos, online Skype training is live, so your trainer will now if you’re doing something wrong.  We can also keep encouraging you if you want to quit.

2-Online personal training does cost less than face to face training with all the same benefits for any fitness goal you have, and you still get the same love and attention from your personal trainer.

3-With our Skype sessions you will save time since you don’t have to travel back and forth. This is especially great for moms who have small children meaning that you won’t need to find a babysitter.

4-We can work with you via Skype even when you travel, keeping you motivated


What to expect?

After our free 30-minute intake, each Skype fitness session varies depending on your goals.  However, typically a Skype fitness session will start with a warm up for about 5-10 minutes with your personal trainer demonstrating the exercises and warming up with you.  We then move onto the main part of the session which last approximately 30-45 minutes. Again, your trainer will demonstrate all exercises and correct your form, whilst also positively motivating and encouraging you. After the main training session, we finish off with a cool-down and stretches for 5-10 minutes. During this time we also review the session and discuss progress, how the session felt and what you enjoyed.


What equipments do you need for a Skype PT Session?

We train our all of our Queens with minimal equipment. Using training methods such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Cardio), body weight movements and plyometrics, we can have a varied and engaging fitness session.  A few things are important though, such as a fitness mat, sweat towel, suitable shoes and clothing, a bottle of water, a Skype ready device, enough space to lay down on the floor or jump without touching any furniture, ceiling height enough to reach up without touching and a proper distance from the skype camera so that you can see your feet and your head


Don’t be fooled by the word “online”. Just because your personal trainer isn’t physically there with you during your workouts that does not mean that you won’t get the same benefits and results as a face-to-face personal trainer. As a mom of 2 young children it is often difficult to leave home. Now I can work out from home while being properly guided and motivated during the workout! It is very convenient and it feels almost the same as face to face training. I love it!

I live in Curaçao and I’ve always liked Shirley’s personal training style. To me this is the best solution to still work out with her even though we are far away from each other.
