You and your personal trainer will work out together at our private FQ house studio, on the day and time that works best for you. Our workouts will keep you moving for an hour, integrating a variety of exercises to stimulate your muscles and boost your metabolism. We don’t only focus on working out, but we focus on your nutrition as well! With our intuitive eating meal plans we will give you the right tools for an healthy and balanced nutrition. You will get the chance to make your own combination of meals and you will learn to have a good relationship with food. The focus of our meal plan is to be healthy and let our bodies run the show, instead of tracking carbs or counting calories all the time. We will be creating an healthy relationship with food, your body and mind by completely detaching oneself from the diet mentality.

Our aim is to help you on your journey to be mentally and physically healthier by teaching you how to have a good relationship with food, motivating, bringing variety into exercise and teaching you how to have balance in your daily life.
