Hello Queen! My name is Kaya and I’m happy to provide 3 classes at FQ House. Max Strength, Max Cardio and Max Steps. My classes are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. Suitable for all fitness levels!
