GRAPEFRUIT CRÈME BRÛLÉE (VEGAN)

GRAPEFRUIT CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Crème brûlée is a French dessert that literally means “burnt cream”. It’s a custard with a caramelised shell coating the top.

JUMP TO RECIPE

Who knew this could be so simple to make?  It’s creamy, elegant and the crispy caramelised crust on top is  divine. The tartiness of the grapefruit adds an amazing contrast which honestly surprised me.

Breaking all the rules, this vegan crème brûlée is completely free of dairy and eggs. This is also a no-bake recipe! It can’t get much better than this

I really hope you enjoy this recipe and if you do make it, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram or Facebook and use the hashtag #FitQueensFoodies. I’d love seeing your take on this recipe.
