Who knew this could be so simple to make? It’s creamy, elegant and the crispy caramelised crust on top is divine. The tartiness of the grapefruit adds an amazing contrast which honestly surprised me.
Breaking all the rules, this vegan crème brûlée is completely free of dairy and eggs. This is also a no-bake recipe! It can’t get much better than this
