    We are happy to accept unopened, unused products for an exchange or store credit (Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you’ve received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange)

    SUSTAINABILITY

    HOW DO YOU SHIP 'ZERO WASTE'?

    We have a strict plastic-free shipping policy. We ship everything 100% plastic-free in a box with paper wrapping and paper tape.

    HOW SUSTAINABLE IS YOUR PACKAGING?

    We do our best to provide as many products in re-usable glass packaging or paper/cardboard. Unfortunately not all packages are available in a 100% plastic free package (For example protein powders or superfood powders). The good news is that these products are only 10% of our products range and they are recycled/ biodegradable plastic. 

    We are also talking about the subject with our suppliers so that they can package our orders with less plastic

    HOW ABOUT DELIVERY?

    All of our orders will be shipped with Fietskoeriers, which is the most sustainable shipping option available in the Netherlands. The bicycle courier collects the packages from us daily and they strive to deliver all packages in the Netherlands within 24 hours.

    The bicycle couriers deliver the packages from Tuesday to Friday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you are not at home when the delivery person comes to your door, they will always try to deliver your package to your neighbors. After three failed delivery attempts your package is returned to us. On Saturday, the packages are delivered by DHL, in collaboration with Fietskoeriers.nl.

    95% of our product range is, which makes us happy!

    FITNESS SERVICES

    ARE TRIAL CLASSES FREE?

    Definitely! We think it’s important for you to see if we are a great match before any purchase/membership. It is important for you to feel at home with us. Contact us here for a trial class. 

    HOW DO I APPLY FOR A TRIAL CLASS?

    Check our group fitness or personal training page. You can apply by hitting the contact button or e-mailing us directly. Make sure, in case of group fitness, to let us know which class you’d like to try and on what day.

    For personal training, please let us know on what days you’ll be available. We can’t wait to see you!

    I LOVED THE WORKOUT. WHAT NOW?

    In case you loved it, which we are sure you will, we’ll give you our printed terms & conditions and a short subscription form. This form will contain your name, address, phone number, email address and membership form. Also, via this form you will agree to our terms & conditions.

    After filling it out and completing payment, we will add you to our private group app (Whatsapp). In the group we will ask daily who will participate in the class. Also you will stay up to date on all developments and ,of course, stay motivated

    HOW CAN I COMPLETE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS?

    Payments to Fit Queen are due before each first of the month to the account number NL70INGB0006600386 in the name of Fit Queen. By mentioning your first name, surname and membership in the payment statement.

    ABSOLUTELY NOT! We believe in enjoying food and giving you the tools you need to make your own health-conscious decisions!
