This is not your average, choreographed, step class. The start of this workout are steps. We will use them to raise your heart rate, work on your agility, quickness and strength. Besides steps, we will use a few weights, kettlebells and other goodies to target your whole body. Every week there is a new workout and exercises are completed for time rather than repetitions so that everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace. You will hit all muscle groups for a complete and balanced full body workout at a pace to raise the heart rate and get cardio conditioning at the same time! Burn fat and build lean muscle that will have you feeling great!
